January is almost over, hopefully you can see a first success with your weight loss diet. Many start the new year with a plan to lose weight. Motivation is high to shed off some of the extra kilos. There are so many different weight loss programs available nowadays and very program claims to be the best and most effective. What are weight loss diets doing to our body? What are common mistakes? How do we transition back to normal eating from a weight loss intervention?
