The good thing about spending a lot of time at home is that athletes also have more time to cook. Homemade bread is at the top of the list of popular recipes. Having more time is beneficial because traditional bread also requires a lot of time. Time is the secret to good bread, and we didn't have it anymore. Supermarket bread doesn't need time, but you can notice the difference in taste, quality, and it also affects our digestive system. Fortunately, many bakers are returning to the old craft of bread baking and giving their bread dough the time it needs.
